CLONEY Peter James It is with profound sadness that the family of Peter James Cloney announce his passing, aged 62, on the 30th December 2021, following a stoic, brave, and determined battle against chronic myelomonocytic leukaemia. As a family, we are immeasurably grateful for the time we had with him, and supremely proud of his accomplishments. In his personal life, he was kind-hearted, wise, and pragmatic. In his career, he set a shining example of the value of determination, ambition, and hard work. He will be remembered exaltedly by his children Nicola and Ben, and by his partner Lina. The funeral service will take place on Thursday 27th January with a service at St Albans RC Church, Blackburn at 11am, followed by committal at Pleasington crematorium.
