SAVAGE Maureen Peacefully passed away at East Lancashire Hospice on Monday 29th November 2021. Much loved mother of Keeley and Elise. Cherished mother-in-law to Pascal and Pete. Treasured Nanny to Jordan, Charlotte, Catherine and Yannick. And good friend to many. Maureen ran Moggies Cat Rescue for many years. She helped to rescue and rehome an uncountable number of cats and kittens. Maureen's funeral service will be held at Pleasington Crematorium on Tuesday 14th December 2021 at 2:15pm. Family have asked for people to wear something Christmassy. Reposing in the Chapel of rest at Co-op Funeralcare, Duckworth Street, Darwen. Family flowers only, donations to Alley Cats and Kittens and Friends of Rescue would be gratefully received by both. Donations to be passed on to Family.
