BENTLEY John (Jack) passed away peacefully in hospital on Sunday Sept. 19th, Aged 88 yrs. Devoted husband of Eileen, loving father to Steve, Jacqui and Tony, proud grandad / great grandad. Will be missed dearly by family and friends. Service & Cremation at Pleasington, 15.45, Friday 1st Oct. Family flowers only please.
