JOAN O'NEILL Peacefully on 17th August 2021, with family by her side Joan aged 93 years formally of Blackburn. Devoted wife to the late Wilfred, cherished mum to David and Patricia, a dear mother-in-law, nana, great nana and friend to many. Joan's funeral service will be held at St Peter In Chains, Mill Hill, Blackburn on Wednesday 25th August at 1.00pm.
