WILLIAM 'NORMAN' ALTY Peacefully on Monday 5th April 2021 at Royal Blackburn Hospital, Norman aged 90 years. The loving husband of the late Brenda, devoted companion to Shirley, a much loved dad of Margaret and the late David, father-in-law to Michael, a devoted grandad to Claire and her husband Michael and doting great grandad to his laddie William, a dear brother, a fond uncle and great uncle. The patriarch of the firm William Alty & Sons, he was a highly respected member of the local community both professionally and socially. Norman will be greatly missed by his loving family and all who knew him. During the current circumstances, a private family service and cremation will be held on Wednesday 21st April 2021 at 12.15pm at Pleasington Crematorium.
