COLIN GEOFFREY SMITH Peacefully on Friday 19th February 2021 at Royal Blackburn Hospital with his family by his side , Colin aged 68 years. The great love and soulmate of Anne , loving uncle , godfather , and a good friend to many . During the current circumstances, a private family service by invitation only will be held at St Georges Free Church Mill Hill , followed by a cremation on Thursday 4th March 2021. Anne's flowers only, or if so desired, donations may be made in memory of Colin to East Lancs Hospice, c/o The Alty Funeral Service. Enq.
