CAROL ANNETTE REGAN On 13th November 2020, peacefully in the East Lancashire Hospice. Carol aged 73 years. Beloved wife of the late Geoffrey, dearly loved sister of Raymond, twin sister of Kathleen also dear sister-in-law of Eric.
