BESSIE STIRK (nee Shaw) (formerly Womack) Peacefully on Friday 6th November 2020 at home with her family by her side, Betty aged 88 years. The beloved wife of the late John Stirk, a much loved mother of Trevor, Lynne, Nigel, and Odin, devoted gran grans of Craig, Amy, Oliver, Jessica, Eve and Elliott, sister of Clive and the late Rita, Bessie will be great missed by all who knew her. Formerly of Womack Hairdressers in Darwen, Lammack Hairdressers and Muffins in Blackburn. During the current circumstances, a private family service and cremation will be held at Pleasington on Wednesday 18th November 2020. Family flowers only, or if so desired, donations may be made in memory of Bessie to the R.S.P.C.A, c/o The Alty Funeral Service. Enq.
