FRANK KEMP Peacefully on Thursday 9th July 2020 at Royal Blackburn Hospital , Frank aged 94 years, from Kingsway Blackburn. The loving and devoted husband of the late Ida , a much loved father of Frank and Elaine , dear father-in-law , loved grandad and great grandad . Also dear brother of the late Alan and Beryl. During the current circumstances, a private family service and cremation will be held on Tuesday 21st July 2020. Family flowers only, or if so desired, donations may be made in memory of Frank to a charity of your own choice. Enq. To Elaine and Frank, so sorry to hear of your father’s passing. Loved and learnt a lot from him in the 70s. God father to our daughter Tina, and although it’s many years since I saw him and Ida, will never forget the experiences we shared , along with our birthdays so many years ago, r.i.p. Terry and Eileen Eastwood.

Sorry Frank to read about your father. I remember him from when he came into Eye Clinic BRI/RBH many moons ago. I asked if you were related?
(Who am I? Elaine barmaid at the old Rovers Return.) He said you were living down London and you were in the Met. He was a lovely man, may he RIP
