WILLIAM AUGUSTINE PLATT (AUSTIN) Peacefully on Thursday 2nd January 2020, at Royal Blackburn Hospital, Austin aged 77 years. The dearly loved husband of Caroline, a much loved father of Joanne and Anthony, a dear father-in-law of David, a devoted grandad of Aiden, Erin and Emily, a dear brother to Joe and Len, and a dear brother-in-law to Stella. Austin will be sadly missed by his loving family and many friends. A Requiem Mass will be celebrated at Holy Souls Church on Friday 17th January 2020 at 12.30pm followed by a private family interment. Reposing in the Chapel of Rest, Broomfield Place, Witton. Family flowers only, or if so desired donations may be made in memory of Austin to Headway, c/o The Alty Funeral Service. Enq.
