JEFFREY REX BROUGHTON Unexpectedly, but peacefully, on Monday 2nd December 2019, at Springhill Care Home Accrington, Rex aged 91 years. Dearly loved husband of Joan for 68 years of marriage, a much loved father of Ian and Judith, a dear father-in-law of Gill and Tony, a devoted and loving grandpa of Rachel, Gina, Hayley, Dylan, Natalie, and a great grandpa of Isabelle, Luna, Elliot and William . Rex will be sadly missed by his loving family and friends. Rex was formerly managing director of the oil company Geo. Broughton & Co Ltd (Gebrol). A service will be held at St Peters Church (Salesbury) on Friday 13th December 2019 at 1:15 pm, followed by a cremation at Pleasington. Family flowers only, or if so desired donations may be made in memory of Rex to Derian House Children's Hospice, c/o The Alty Funeral Service. Enq.
