JAMES READY Peacefully on Saturday 20th July 2019, at Royal Blackburn Hospital, Jim aged 82 years. The dearly loved husband of Edith, devoted father of Ian James and daughter-in-law Ava, treasured grandfather of Ashley James, loved brother of the late John Clarence, Bernard, and Peter, a dear brother-in-law, cousin, and uncle. Loved with a love beyond all telling, missed with a grief beyond all tears. A service and cremation will be held at Pleasington Crematorium on Thursday 1st August 2019 at 12.15 pm. Reposing in the Chapel of Rest, Broomfield Place, Witton. Family flowers only, or if so desired donations may be made in memory of James to Cancer Research UK, c/o The Alty Funeral Service. Enq.
