BRIAN SMITH Peacefully on Tuesday 16th July 2019, at Royal Blackburn Hospital, Brian aged 82 years, lately of Springfield Care Home Blackburn, will be sadly missed by all who knew him. A service and cremation will be held at Pleasington Crematorium on Wednesday 31st July 2019 at 2.15pm. Family flowers only, or if so desired donations may be made in memory of Brian to Dementia UK, c/o The Alty Funeral Service. Enq.
