JACK FISH On 19th April 2019 peacefully in a private care home, Jack aged 94 years, formerly of Intack. A very dear uncle, cousin, great uncle and nephew of the late Alfred Wainwright. Jack's funeral service will be held on Thursday 16th May 2019 at Westbury Gardens United Reformed Church, Blackburn, BB1 1XF at 10.30am followed by committal at Accrington Crematorium.
