MOIRA ANNE CARTER (nee Crowe) Peacefully on Monday 28th January 2019, in Cyprus, formerly of Blackburn, Moira aged 82 years, the dearly loved wife of Dr Peter Carter, a much loved mother of Ursula, Matthew and Victoria, a dear mother-in-law of Adrian and Christine, a devoted and loving grandma of Katie, Ben,Tim, Annabel, Jonathan, great-grandma of Sam, a dear sister of the late Anthony and sister-in-law of Judith. Moira will be sadly missed by both her loving family and many friends. A service and cremation will be held at Pleasington Crematorium on Wednesday 20th February 2019 at 12.15pm. Family flowers only, or if so desired donations may be made in memory of Moira to East Lancashire Hospice, c/o The Alty Funeral Service. Enq.
