CELIA WESTWELL On Sunday 3rd February 2019, peacefully at Magdalene House, Blackburn, Celia aged 84 years, beloved wife of the late Brian, much loved mum of Tony, Mark, Carol, Graham and Debra and a loving grandma and great-grandma. Reposing in the Chapel of Rest, Mincing Lane, where flowers will be received. A 3.00 pm service and committal will be held at Pleasington Crematorium on Friday 15th February. Enq.
