SAMUEL PAUL BATES Passed away on the 24th January 2019 at Royal Blackburn Hospital aged 84 years. He will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. The funeral service will take place at 10am on Tuesday 5th February 2019 at Pleasington Crematorium. No flowers please, donations if desired in memory of Samuel can be made to Macmillan Cancer Support c/o Talbots Funeral Service, Harwood House, 341 Whalley New Road, Blackburn, Lancashire BB1 9SR TEL 01254 695995.
