Cllr. Towneley is joining with Worsthorne Parish Council and the Mayoress's Committee in organising a sponsored ride on Easter Monday.
All money raised will go to The Mayor's Charity Fund which is raising money for Autistic Spectrum Disorder, and in particular the newly formed Burnley Group based at Kings Mill, Briercliffe.
They are raising funds to complete two projects, a soft play and activity project, to enhance visual and sensory stimulation and a new Internet Cafe area to encourage the children to socially interact and learn through fun and enjoyment. More details will be available soon.
