Application draws no adverse comments

There were no adverse comments by members of Todmorden Town Council's Development Committee, who recommended that a detached dwelling on land near 10 Aspden Terrace be approved, and also recommended approval for an application to build a dwelling on land to the rear of Lower Knowl Farm, Lumbutts Road, Todmorden.
