Calderdale Council planning department has given consent for Pennine Lodge of Burnley Road to build three houses on land owned by them.

An application to build a detached dwelling on land near Bradmoor House, Stansfield Hall Road, has been refused by Calderdale Council planning department.

Officers have also refused permission to build a detached house on land adjacent to Friths House, Bacup Road, Todmorden.

Mr C Thomas, of 12 Railway View, Walsden, has applied to Calderdale Council planning department for permission to erect a single storey extension to the rear of 8 Pickthall Terrace, Todmorden.
