Bradmoor House extension plans

A town councillor told his colleagues: "From this application I think he is proposing to build a castle." Mr M Routledge was seeking planning permission for extensions and alterations to all elevations at Bradmoor House, Stansfield Hall Road, Todmorden, including the formation of a swimming pool.
But the development committee recommended refusal because of the overintensification on the land.
