Permission is sought from Calderdale planning department to convert the existing first and second floor offices to form a dwelling; retaining the office on the ground floor at 42 Halifax Road, Todmorden.
Demolition of the existing flats and the construction of seven houses and nine apartments at the former police flats at Burnley Road, Todmorden, is proposed and needs the approval of Calderdale planning department.
