We all need to increase our exercise these days.

We're always being told to get at least 30 minutes of physical activity each day and especially if we're a bit portly round the middle!

So if you're free on a Monday morning, and fancy an easy hour's exercise, why not get down to The Centre on School Street for 10.30am and join the Stepping Out Project's walking group.

They usually take a circular route and you can go at any pace you like. It's a good chance to take in some of the local heritage as well.

If you want some more information contact Fran Riley, project co-ordinator on 01254 356873 or email steppingoutproject@hotmail.com

And if you cant make Monday mornings, why not enquire about the Wednesday evening walks which are due to start soon!
