Vehicle Nuisance on the Whitepath

We are appealling for help from anybody who may be able to identify the riders of two scooters who are using the whitepath as a cut through from Rishton to Great Harwood. One of the vehicles has the registration of NK06 DEC, the other is a green 1960's style scooter.
Both vehicles have had near collisions with passers by and we feel it paramount to apprehend the pair. If you have any information please contact either myself, PC Bourne or PCSO Steven Charnley on 353334. Thank you for your co-operation.
