 This structure was unveiled by the Blackburn Education Committee for the opening of Feniscliffe playing fields and pavillion.

 Also in the Feniscliffe area is a dentist, a launderette and a care service establishment. For such a small area, the community has access to a good range of services.
 There are a few shops in the Feniscliffe community, including a newsagents and pharmacy.
 The building behind St. Francis's Church is the Sunday School. Unfortunately the outside of the building has been subjected to a number of graffiti attacks.
