The Mission Statement of Lancashire Adult Learning is:
To enable all adults in Lancashire to return to and achieve success in learning, in order to improve their own quality of life and that of the communities in which they live and work.
With that in mind, they are running a Watercolour painting workshop at Ossy Library which will begin on Thursday May 1.
This, as with most ELAL courses, is a 10 week course and takes place between 10am and 12 noon. It costs £64 for the full course, or if you are in receipt of a means tested benefit it's a fiver.
