The next PACT surgery in Oswaldtwistle is going to be held at Harvey Street Youth & Community Centre at 1pm until 2pm on the 5th May 2008. The PACT surgery is held on the first Monday of every month. This is your opportunity to come and put your views and concerns to your local Neighbourhood Policing Team.
