PACT Surgery to be held at Harvey Street Youth and Community Centre Oswaldtwistle, on Monday 4th February 2008 at 1300 - 1400pm. These surgeries will now be held the first Monday of every month at this location. These surgeries are for local residents to come and see their local Policing teams and put across their concerns, it can also be provided for a private room to be used if neccessary, all information given is strictly confidential.
