Parishioners took part this week in an ecumenical service at St Mary's, Osbaldeston to mark the Week of Prayer for Christian Unity. The address was given by Rev. Jim Garrard of St Leonards, Balderstone.
Representatives from each of the four churches received a candle to take back to their own churches that was lit from the candle which burned throughout the service. Refreshments followed after the service in the Heatley Rooms.
