Message to Darwen dog owner

I AM writing to a Darwen dog. The poo you left on the Market Street pavement (Darwen) on Saturday wasn’t nice.

Many pedestrians unintentionally spread the ‘messages’ (to their horror).

Can you please train your owner, or at least stay at home?

Well, you know ... Having looked around Darwen, some of it's unhouse trained people, how'd you know it wasn't human excrement? Plenty of thickos living and raised in the town for example who treat the rest of the town exactly like their own toilet by fouling in it. Just a thought.
