Members of the Huncoat Forum met informally on Monday night in the Black Bull pub.
Among the topics discussed were Chris Wilkinson's Herculean litter picking around Altham Lane, the general problem of litter all over Huncoat, The Huncoat Trail right of way anomalies, future ideas for the Peace Garden and the Old Brickworks wetland and the Forum's Constitution.

Plans were laid for future community volunteer work sessions and organising the finances of the Forum.
The next meeting is scheduled for Monday 21st April, venue to be arranged but could be in the Black Bull again. The Forum is open to any resident or business person in Huncoat. Anyone interested in attending the next meeting should telephone Gemma on 380176 a few days before.
