Is this the way to Hassy Halo?

Even local people are saying that they don't know how to get to the Halo panopticon at Top O'Slate, so goodness knows what visitors make of it all!
On top of that there is no car park when you eventually find it so let's hope the situation is rectified soon. Incidentally you need to go up Higher Lane and Cridben End Lane to access the panopticon.
