A nearby landlord has organised a petition opposing the closure as it will inconvenience many elderly people living in nearby flats.

Find Halo 7:40pm Wed 9 Apr 08 At a recent PACT meeting it was announced that street signs will be fitted at Deardengate crossroads, Winfields Stores and Haslingden Old Road traffic lights with directions to the Halo panopticon. Parking spaces are also planned near to the site.
