Concern over broken glass

At the last PACT meeting, Hapton Parish Coun Joan Lakeland expressed concern over youths from Padiham coming up to Hapton to cause trouble.
PC Lund stated that he was aware of the problem and is currently dealing with it.
Residents from Carter Avenue have noticed broken glass and drug paraphernalia in the area.
The next PACT meeting for Hapton and Park will be held at Knight Hill House on December 12 at 6pm.
