Corporation Park is hosting a fabulous family fun day on Bank Holiday Monday, May 5th.

'Spring in the Park' is being held at the beautiful Conservatory in the grounds of the park, and begins at 1pm lasting until 3pm.

This event has been organised by the Corporation Park Supporter's Group, who have received additional support from Twin Valley Homes, and Blackburn With Darwen Borough Council's 'Small Grants' fund.

They have planned a great selection of activities for the afternoon including Rodeo, Soccerama, Superslide, facepainting and Clown Attack - whatever that is!

Your roving community reporter Vida Walsh will be around on the day, videoing the event and chatting to those attending.

All you need to do is attend and pray that the sun makes an appearance!
