Hopefully you have never had the need to go into hospital, but if you do, you want to know that you'll be entertained on those long days when there are no visitors.

So in order to support the Hospital Radio, The Sir Charles Napier pub on Limbrick is having a bit of a charity do.

Their "Live and Alive" event will be performed by 3 bands.

Killing Caesar are a 4 piece Rock / Alternative band from Blackburn. They been together for a few months and already they have played several gigs receiving great feedback. They also have an EP recorded which is available on CD upon request!

Leading The Charge and Electric Circus will also be performing.

It only costs £2 to get in to this event, who knows, you may even see your trusted community reporter down there on the night!

If you want to go, put Saturday June 21 in your diary, on your Google calendar, or on a post-it note stuck to your fridge!

All money collected will go to Royal Hospitals Blackburn.
