I realise its holiday time, and people take days out and about but please spare a thought for us in Blackburn. During all this redevelopment work we need your loyalty more than ever, and prospective business's looking at Blackburn as a place to invest need to see it busy - so when your next looking to shop or just go out for the day, don't wait until its all finished but come and look at how the face of Blackburn is changing.

Almost every day in recent weeks, clients and friends have complained to me that they seem to see an unprecidented number of less desirable people around the town centre these days.
