    On Friday the 4th of April, Barnoldswick library is hosting a Home Energy Advice and Information event between 12.30pm and 4.30pm.

    The event has been arranged by Pendle Borough Council in an attempt to educate home-owners on ways to improve their energy efficiency.

    The average home creates approximately 6 tonnes of CO2 every year and the typical annual energy bills comes to about £1000.

    There will be advice on insualtion, upgrading your central heating system and other ways to help do your bit for the environment.
