On Monday 4th February, pupils from Class 5 enjoyed a walk down to Barnoldswick's town square to look at the possibility of pedestrianising the area.
Two groups looked at the positives and negatives surrounding the idea and discussed what they would do with the land, with many children wanting a lawned area for members of the public to be able to walk across.
A talk was given by PCSO Sean Goddard back at the school to identify possible stumbling areas behind the idea, with prizes given out to pupils who behaved well throughout the morning and gave excellent answers to questions that were asked.
