The Amazing Spider-Man sequel's director has revealed that villain Rhino will only have a brief cameo in the new film.
The character - played by Paul Giamatti - will only appear in The Amazing Spider-Man 2 for four minutes.
Director Marc Webb revealed the news during a speech at South By South West in the US, as he was responding to a fan's question about making sure the film wasn't overcrowded with villains, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
The movie will see Andrew Garfield reprise his role as Peter Parker/ Spider-Man, with baddies including Jamie Foxx's Electro and Chris Cooper and Dane DeHaan's father and son, Norman and Harry Osborn.
Marc said he is planning to "embrace the spectacle" with the movie.
"I'm not going to be beholden to smallness," he said.
"I want it to be fantastic, to be big, to command and express that feeling when you're a kid and reading the comics ... I didn't want to hide or shy away from that."
The Amazing Spider-Man 2 will be released on April 18.
