Kim Kardashian has said her pregnancy is "a miracle" as doctors told her she would struggle to conceive.

The reality TV star - who is expecting her baby with rapper boyfriend Kanye West in July - opened up on America's Today Show, explaining that she has similar fertility issues to her sister Khloe, who has been trying to start a family with husband Lamar Odom.

Kim said: "It's kind of a miracle that I even got pregnant.

"Khloe has been very open about her fertility issues, and I think I was always really kind of quiet about mine. I have similar issues, and so it was a pleasant surprise when so many doctors were telling me one thing and then the opposite happens."

The 32-year-old added: "I think it's just such a blessing knowing my circumstances."

Kim also admitted that she and Kanye have discussed tying the knot.

She said: 'It's something that we talk about, but I think it's just right now [we're] focusing on the baby."

Kim and Kanye, 35, announced their news at the beginning of the year.
