Tarantino: I want to work with Depp

Quentin Tarantino has discussed the idea of working with Johnny Depp one day
Quentin Tarantino has revealed a "wish-list" of actors he'd like to work with - topped by Johnny Depp.
The Pulp Fiction director, who regularly works with a stable of familiar names, widened his talent pool to include Jamie Foxx and Leonardo DiCaprio in his new movie Django Unchained.
And speaking to US talk show host Charlie Rose, he admitted there are a number of A-list actors he'd love to include in future projects.
Number one on his list is Depp, who he said he'd discussed working with in the past.
"We would love to work together. We've talked about it for years," he explained.
"Not that we get together and talk about it for years, but from time to time. We're obviously fans of each other. It just needs to be the right character.
"I just need to write the right character that I think Johnny would be the right guy to do it with. And if he agrees, then we'll do it. And then it'll be magical. I haven't written the perfect character for Johnny Depp as of yet. Maybe someday I will, maybe someday I won't. We'll see."
When asked who else was on his wish-list, the 49-year-old also mentioned veteran actors Meryl Streep and Michael Caine.
