Peter Andre's ex Katie Price sent a message of condolence after his brother's death
Katie Price has sent a message of condolence to former husband Peter Andre following his brother's death.
Andrew Andre, 54, died in the early hours of Sunday morning, following a battle with kidney cancer, with the singer and the rest of his family at his bedside.
Katie, who had a four-year marriage to Peter, who is father to two of her children, wrote on Twitter: "My thoughts are with the Andre family at this difficult time xx."
Andrew was diagnosed with the disease in February.
The singer's spokeswoman later said: "Pete just can't speak at the moment ... This is the first member of Pete's immediate family to pass away and he is obviously devastated. The whole family is in shock and need time and privacy to grieve."
Meanwhile, Peter's other brother Michael thanked people for their support, writing on Twitter: "We're all completely overwhelmed by the thousands of condolence messages to Andrew from all of you.
"It's so touching to know you're sharing some of the pain with us."
