Joey Essex is ready for the TOWIE live episode
Joey Essex has insisted he's not nervous about next week's live episode of The Only Way Is Essex.
The ITV2 reality show is set for its live instalment on Monday, and some of the glamorous cast have already admitted they are feeling the pressure.
But Joey - who is dating co-star Sam Faiers - said: "I don't really get nervous. It's exciting but at the same time I'm wondering, once someone's said something on live TV it's gone out, or what if someone faints, like Gillian McKeith did on I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here?
"It'll be interesting. I'll be intrigued to see what happens. I think most of the cast are just really excited."
Joey recently puckered up under the mistletoe with fans for a kissing challenge to promote Virgin Media's new unlimited Pay-As-You-Go tariffs and ZTE Kis white handset. But the TV star insisted Sam doesn't get jealous about all the female attention he receives.
"She doesn't mind. It's only love from fans. She knows I'm a good boy so she's fine," he added.
