Pattinson dodges Stewart questions

Robert Pattinson seemed to take Kristen Stewart's lead by dodging questions about their relationship in a new TV interview.

The Twilight heartthrob is thought to be back with the actress after she admitted cheating on him with married director Rupert Sanders, but when he appeared on America's Today Show a day after Kristen, Robert refused to confirm whether they are an item again.

Host Savannah Guthrie told R-Patz she'd quizzed Kristen about it and added: "So now I want to ask you."

But the British star - on the show to promote the final film in the vampire saga - replied: "I want to ask, because we get asked it all the time. Who is actually asking? Is it in your contract?"

The host then asked whether the constant questions get annoying, adding: "You've gotten these films, it's made you incredibly famous, there's been so much good with it - but it is personal now."

The 26-year-old replied: "It doesn't have to be. I could just sit here and talk nonsense about... getting old, needing a nap."

While the Twilight couple are rumoured to have rekindled their romance weeks after Kristen's affair scandal emerged earlier this year, the actress was also cagey when she dropped into the Today Show earlier this week.

The 22-year-old said: "I'm going to just let people watch whatever little movie they think our lives are... Keep 'em guessing, I always say."

The couple are now promoting Breaking Dawn - Part 2 together. The movie arrives in cinemas later this month.
