Q: I would like to sign up to Home Delivery what do I need to do?

A: Simply complete the form by clicking here and we will contact you within 48 hours.

Q: What are the benefits of Home Delivery?

A: There will be no charge to have the paper delivered - and you will receive a 10p per copy discount on your newspapers for all new customers. You will aso receive a 20% discount on Family Announcements and Classified Advertising

Q: What time can I expect my delivery

A: All deliveries will be completed in the morning

Q: How do I pay?

A: You can pay by direct debit, cash collection or you can prepay. Full details are available here.

Q: What do I do if I need to stop my papers at any time?

A: Simply fill in the form here and we’ll stop the papers for you. Alternatively ring us on 0800 781 4754 with your holiday dates and we can stop your papers whilst you are away (seven days notice required).

Q: What should I do if I miss a delivery?

A: If for some reason your paper is not delivered please report this to us by either filling in the form here or calling us on 0800 781 4754. We will make sure your account is credited and take the appropriate steps to make sure it does not happen again.
