KRISTAN Bromley made sure his preparations were spot on before taking to the skeleton track.

The Rossendale-born ace studied the track temperature before a practice session at the Whistler Sliding Centre, along with his fellow Great Britain colleague.

Bromley, 37, known as ‘Doctor Ice’ begins his quest for glory in the men's skeleton event on Friday.
