Mini marvels into quarter finals

COLNE and Nelson Under 8s have reached the quarter finals of a Community Tag Competition after turning on the style in front of 9,000 fans.

The mini marvels took to the pitch at Edgeley Park for a match which took place at half time during the Sale Sharks v Gloucester match at Edgeley Park, Victory means Colne will return for the quarter-finals in Novem-ber. Every member of the team played exceptionally well and Colne’s two tries were scored by Byron Wilkinson and Curtis Holt.
