THIEVES broke into a Pendle rugby club making off with a till full of cash.
The burglary occurred at Colne and Nelson Rugby Club, Harrison Drive between midnight and 1.30 am on June 12.
The till was later recovered by police officers near to the rugby club but around £1,200 in cash had been stolen.
Police were alerted to the offence when the club's alarm went off.
