Britain's Liam Heath and Jon Schofield in action
EAST Lancashire's Jon Schofield has won a silver medal in the men's kayak double 200 metres with partner Liam Heath at the Rio Olympics.
The duo overcame a slow start to power through in the closing stages and pip Lithuania for silver. Spain won the gold.
Schofield, from Clitheroe, and Heath won bronze at London 2012 four years ago.
